Hello from Ireland, cpmplete novice to landrover. Japanese 4x4 for 20 yrs. Still finding my way around Discovery Td5. 2003.

Welcome. First thing to do is stop beating the Disco with the shillelagh. Will just make it leak more. Full factory tech manuals download at the link below, they are called the RAVE. This forum is more based in US, so diesels are not very common over here. There are also UK area forums that may have more items of interest, but we have members from all around the world here.

Thanks for the welcome, and the links for manuals and parts.Oh and the part of ireland i am, we more likely to use a hurley for beating rather than a shillelagh. but thanks for your concern, martin.
