When I ask my salesman for a tracking update, he has been sending me a screen-shot of this tracking information. As of yesterday, the "Last Date for Spec Change", turned red... I assume meaning that we've passed that date. I was mainly checking with him to see if any of the notorious delays would be imposed on my order as the order "locked-in", but the build and delivery dates have stayed the same. After a minor color change last week, he said everything was submitted and all was good.
Being skeptical of the dealer's knowledge of the whole process, I wonder why the little circles next to the most recent two items haven't been blacked in? Does anyone else have a similar looking tracking report from their dealer? And if so, does your sheet show the progress circles getting completed and filled-in as your dates and steps complete?
Update: salesman says the "circles will fill in at some point", but the order is in...

Reason: new info

Here is my latest update:
- spoke with the dealer, and the tracking system is called Vista, not Topix ( Topix is for service )
- mine is en-route to EU port, not shure which port and which shipping lines - yet
- apparently in about a week I should know more, as they will see it on Vista.
It appears that mine should be on time, if not a week or so earlier.
Thank you for your input and info !

No, my build includes the 11.4” screen and I asked multiple times if this would delay delivery. Was told again and again that it wouldn’t. ( you can see why I’m skeptical of the dealer’s level of knowledge of current events and this process). I’m still hopeful and will keep the thread informed.

Gosh I hope they are not jerking your chain. Does your vista order reflect the larger screen on it?
I posted this one the 21 order thread, but I followed up yesterday with my dealer sales rep and he said my order has still not been assigned any dates due to the larger screen and is just in a holding queue. They had no idea when that would change. I had to swap orders from my original one and lost about 30 days in-between (new order went in at the beginning of march). The original order details from the vista ordering system describes it as "holding pool", which I am guessing has not yet changed.
Nope. No tracking # or where is the vehicle now ... all I was told is that is en-route to the port of departure. They do not even have the shipping co. name ( or so they tell me ).
Just got an update from my dealer. Car is built and waiting at port to be shipped. ETA has moved from 6/5 to 5/28 for now. We'll see once it ships. It's going to be a long two months....
Latest update is that my car is on the Traviata en route towards the Panama Canal. ETA into LA is 5/10 and 5/17 is the ETA at the dealer. It’s getting close!
Anyone else in the Traviata? @expatbrit updates on yours?
