I reached out to my CA (which as I have said before has been awesome) to ask what it would cost to install by the dealer and he responds that it can still be added to the order (since it would be installed at the port of arrival), so I went ahead and added it and saved myself the hrs it would have taken me to tear apart the front of the car or the $$$ it would have probably costed if I went the dealer route. I am a happy man! Did not know this could be done like this, but makes perfect sense. Posting just in case someone else did not know this and had some accessory regrets...

So these items basically are listed on the build, but final sale showed them off to the side, not included in final price/financing. It shows them Backordered-- so I was told just to wait till they arrive and then leave car w them to have all done at same time.

As @Juancl pointed out, the shipping company does the processing on a strictly limited number of accessories (and interestingly, a list that appears to change over time -- some parts are available at the port, others aren't, and I'm definitely intrigued since I have the front undershield on the list, in the build, and on the quote but it's pretty much unobtanium.

Looks like the Traviata is close to Panama; only a few weeks left for the mystery to resolve itself.
