If I have my VIN now, what can I track and where? I'm tired of reaching out to the dealer.

 

you can't track until it gets on a ship...which you have to wait for the dealer to give you the tracking link. I am still waiting 3 weeks later to see if mine is even on a ship.. I can do nothing..

 

I just heard from a sales guy (not sure if he's reliable). A couple of MHEV components (battery and a module of some sort) are unavailable with no ETA so P400's are possibly halted as of last week.

My build date is Nov 5th. Any idea how long it takes to go from Nitra to ship? My dealer makes me feel like a PITA each time I ask (which is typically once every 2-3 weeks). My delivery date & accepted delivery is Dec 24th.

 

mine was built Oct 21 and I still have no tracking info. Mine is delivery of 12/31

 

Build date was Oct 6. Got on a ship Oct 26. Arrived in Savannah Nov 8.

 

What was your listed Delivery Date? Did it come in earlier than was listed on the Vista2 report?

 

It was scheduled to be built on Sept 17 but that just didn't happen. For about a week after, it was still showing the 17th but my salesman couldn't get the VIN or confirm the build. Apparently some parts were delayed. Vista eventually updated to Oct 6 and it did get built that day with everything I wanted.

 

Update from Dealership this morning. "car is completed thru initial factory production. Scheduled for arrival at dealer now 12/17/21"

 

that's good! you must be east coast since it is so fast. I am till waiting to see if mine is one ship. Built Oct 19. Now sitting in some port maybe collecting dust until it gets in a ship. Haha.
