Yep, same here... I have a Silver D110 coming and it shows a blue D90. Topix isn't really helpful unless you pay for deeper access. I'm hoping that more information will be loaded once the car is processed through the dealer and I take delivery.
So once we get the VIN number, what else can we do? Is there a way to track the vehicle or does the dealer need to provide that info too? My sales guy seems very slow at providing info.
Picked up the new Defender today and was happy to find that everything was just as ordered - whew! Also, for those wondering like I was, the front undershield and classic mudflaps were installed at port so no additional labor charges on those from my dealership. The larger screen is nice. Total of 4 months from deposit to pickup, but loving it so far!
Couple notes for those waiting on their 22. No recall on the lights and you CAN order the robustex seats without the wood interior even though the configurator won’t let you online.
FWIW, my MY22 had the same issue. There is a Topix article about it SSM75340. My dealer did that and everything works now.

Another data point on delivery timelines:
I Initially ordered a MY21 X-D SE on 1/26/21. On 3/15/21 I was informed about the changeover to MY22 and dealer place an order for an essentially equivalent MY22 w/ 11.4 screen (MY22 build was $3k addl). Build timeline:
In mid-April, when MY22 ordering information started to solidify, I found out I couldn’t get e-diff without the off-road pack. So, I contacted dealer and asked them to add the ORP. The dealer told me my order had been accelerated by ~ 1 month and it was too late to modify. I figured if I was going to spend this much money I might as well get what I want so I place a new order on 4/14/21. Same vehicle except Yulong instead of Fuji and added ORP.
Dealer called me last week to say my order would be in this week. I figured it was my original build so I called dealer and sure enough it was. However, it is interesting to note that the build arrived ~2 months before the original estimated delivery date. They also told me my new order had been built and is due to ship on the Tulane tomorrow with a 7/30 delivery. About 1 month sooner than originally forecast.
Another tidbit of info: My original order is now on sale at the dealer for $25k over the MSRP!
Wow!! @ksw that's why they must have had me sign a first right of refusal. The Defenders from the '90's are crazy expensive (original export to US) if you can find one. I'm hoping mine keeps the value as long.
@p010sp0rt8 - yours REALLY looks nice. I thought about getting white and now I think I should have! Kidding, love my silver but the white really looks good. The black ones look sweet, but I'm not going to be treating mine nice enough nor washing mine enough to go with the high gloss black. I'm not going to treat it well enough to own that color! If they gave a test, I would have failed to give it the love & care it deserves.
