Thanks for sharing! That gives me a decent idea of my earliest ETA, if someone with a VIN and build m/delivery ETA is looking at an October build date, I must be looking at at least November/January for a build date.

I was supposed to have a 6/24 build date with a 9/10 delivery to Chicago. Not sure if my P300 got built or not but I did have the larger screen in my build sheet. As of last week my dealer was sticking to the early Sept delivery date but I’m convinced it’s not going to happen.

Default Build 11 inch screen
I also order my hse a few weeks ago before they stopped the 11 inch screen but it is still on my build sheet. Mine set to be built like 9/17 with delivery 12/3. Let me know if you hear if we still get the 11 inch screen.

Even if it is built, it is now a stop sale assuming darkened tail lights on all Xs are defective. Assume a 3 month wait. It blows

Is it just me that gets cheesed off by JLR marketing emails - received today offering “V8 available now… in 90 and 110”. That’s false advertising isn’t it. FFS

Default Digital Driver Display
Just received a message from the dealer stating that JLR have made the digital driver display unavailable for all Range Rover and Landrover models, and so will have to be removed from my build. I ordered a 110 Defender last week. Has anyone else heard similar?

I was afraid this might happen. Some of the tech stripped out because of the chip shortage. Matrix headlights, clear sight mirror, auto start-stop, keyless entry, all next? I might rethink the purchase of my SE. If I want basic, I’ll buy the Grenadier…

Yes, HUD shortage was communicated to dealers a couple of weeks ago.

I'm a long time observer, first time poster. I ordered my Defender in the Northeast and received confirmation that our P300 is on track to be delivered week of 8/27. We placed the order in April, and the car was built last week. Its a Defender 110S. Thought this could add another data point and help some of the folks here who are in a similar timeframe.

That's very interesting - I ordered mine in mid April and it was supposed to be built last week and delivered in september. Now the build has pushed to October and delivery to December. I wonder if there as something in my build that caused that? (D110 P300 base). Maybe the 11.4" screen or electronic rear diff?
