It says in his signature that he is a JLR sales guide. Presumably his dealership is being told that information.

FWIW the UK site has the my23 configurator up.

It was stated that if you order has not yet been committed to build you will be converted into a my23 build.

I believe it was in early April. To me this is an indication of how behind they are overall. The my21 order period was also very short.

Understood with respect to the my23 build for uncommitted builds. I'm curious if there's any indication as to when the build section of the US website will be updated to understand how it will impact my (already) chosen options and the overall cost.

I would wager that the pricing is listed already and its in the rest of the order guide that was not shown. Perhaps he will share a PDF of the entire order guide. Your sales guide should have this info and should be able to tell you.

The online configurator timeline is a total guessing game. I cant even get LR USA website to work for me. I keep getting bad request errors. The UK configurator is up, which is opposite how it was for the my22 configurator (The UK configurator was much slower to be updated than the US site was).

Here is the new color

I was able to see the full pricing guide with bulletin saying MY23 deliveries will begin in March. Based on my calculations on the pricing guide, there is actually not a big jump in price. I had to be careful with all the options that said it must also include XYZ. Anyways, will probably be easier when the online configurator goes live.

In essence, I added the tan/ebony Windsor leather option to the new XD-SE and also the 18-way seats. Based on the cost savings of XD-SE bundling a lot of the previous options I ticked, the overall price went up by ~$500. But remember, that includes a full leather option and 18-way seats as oppose to the 14-way seats. I will be deferring my order for MY23 for sure.

My advice is to go ask for the pricing guide at your dealer. I actually went to two dealers and the other dealer actually had no idea it was even released...talk about how dealership experience and knowledge greatly differs from one place to another.

I am a sales guide at a dealer. We were told to inform all of our customers that have unslotted orders they would get a 2023. Production starts in January.

As of cob today, my MY22 110 Defender, which I ordered 1 month ago, shows a build date of mid November w/ an early Jan delivery, which is unchanged. This is according to the sales manager at the dealership and it hasn't been pushed back to MY23.

Just got an update that my ‘22 P300 D90 standard model on order has been bumped up earlier by two weeks since his last update. That’s the news I like to hear.
