The high pitch squeak in my 2022 is coming from the second row and is related to going over rough roads.

 

my dealership says there’s something with a lack of an exhaust or something and so EVERYONE is complaining about it but it’s mostly heard outside of the car. Mine was outside now it’s inside and very often but I usually hear it when it park or driving extremely slow. Dealership wonders if there’s a hole in a line. I’ve been dealing with it for months b it makes me CRAZY.

Okay so this is a bit an off approach, but i had a similar discomfort with the continuous air quality monitoring setting of Dyson air purifiers. When I turned off this setting the high pirch sound is gone. Assuming a similar tech is integrated, you may focus on Air purification/monitoring.
