I've only had my truck about a month but have tried a few times to get it to connect to my home Wifi. It never works, despite oodles of coverage in my garage and an access point in the ceiling directly above it.

I don't suppose LR ever releases the full "patch notes", so to speak? I don't want to risk bricking my truck but my OCD goes nuts knowing that's not current. (I know it's ridiculous.)

Got 4.1.5 yesterday. No issues. No noticeable changes for me.

I updated mine.

The Defender let out a mighty noise and shook, violently knocking over my mug of tea

it then sprouted an extra appendage at the rear and now sounds funny.

All in all. 4.1.5 is a go.

Works well like this.

Fortunately the new software update seems compatible with the three rungs.

That ocurred to me too since Pivi thought I was still on 4.1.4 which tells me the update failed badly enough to leave the car in an inconsistent state. I pulled the car up as close to the house as possible (no easy feat without power steering!), forced the wifi connection, and the 4.1.5 update prompt popped up again. An hour later and the update completed successfully!

Another lesson that LR is a terrible software company, and if you do consent to OTA update do it at home and on the stablest internet connection possible.

4.1.4 would not update for me. I reset the home WiFi (it showed connected) and it updated right away.
