That sticker is just for the regular Tow Assist, which just uses the cameras to show the trajectory of the trailer when backing up. That was new with the 2010 LR4/RR/RRS. Defenders don't even come with it anymore since it can detect everything with just the cameras for both Tow Assist and Advanced Tow Assist. The sticker doesn't make a difference whether you have it or not.

Since my trailer's jack is too close to the coupler, a standard size hitch will not work unless I remove the spare tire.

You will need a towing module in order to activate Advanced Tow Assist if you don't already have one. It is located under the cargo floor. For 2020-2022 models the part number is VPLET0278, and 2023+ the part number is VPLYT0295.
