Found this hanging a bit on the rear right corner. Tucked it back behind the bumper cover, but curious what it is.

Agree, but I don't think it should be hanging loose like that though.

If you watch the rear bumper removal video from PowerfulUK and scroll forward to about 19:09, you should see what looks like that hose in the background, seemingly attached to a black plastic base with some sort of metal clip:

You might be able to poke your head behind the bumper, and/or stick your hand back there and see if you are able to reconnect the hose by feel, as seen in the video.

Look at your gas cap and see if there is a drain hole underneath of it. I believe I have a hole under mine which sort of looks like someone just jammed a pen in there to make the hole. Needless to say, water still sits there like a puddle and it doesn't drain very well.
