Anyone with a '23 been able to disable the seat belt chime?
The method that worked on my '21 doesn't work on my '23... Anyone been able to kill of the chime successfully on a newer vehicle?
Also: I drive around my farm at 10 mph without a seatbelt on, so no lectures please.

So can you share the secret for your 21? Thx!
YES I did the thing where you buckle and unbuckle a bunch of times and IT WORKED! I have a 23 Defender 90 P300
- Get in driver seat.
- Close door.
- Turn on ignition, but don't start the Defender (no foot on brake pedal).
- Leave in Park.
- Hold down the red release button on the seat belt clip.
- Slowly slide the seat belt buckle in and out of the clip 10 times till you hear a chime.
- (I did the slide in and out taking 1-2 seconds between each repetition).
- Turn the Defender off and it should be silent next time you drive.
Just tried this again on my 23 V8... no dice. Did you use the same method as me above?
Old post here, and I'm certainly not advocating driving around town without a seat belt on, but the above method did work on my 2023 Defender, though I'd note there is not an audible "chime" as mentioned in the sixth bullet point above. I tried this both with just the ignition on (engine off) and with the engine running, so I'm not sure which worked. Now, when I start the car, it does chime three or four times at startup, but does not chime further if you either a) never put the belt on or b) take the belt off while driving. The dash light does come on when you unbuckle however, which I like given I often have wife/kid with me in the car. Seems to just be a chime disable with the rest of the warnings remaining in place.
