Resurrecting this older thread....
I'm looking at a pre-owned D90 that has the snorkel. It's located in a different city so I can't test drive it at the moment.

So just how bad is the added wind noise from the snorkel on an interstate? Does "just turn the radio up" mostly cover the noise or is something that really can't be masked?

Also, how difficult is it to remove?

Thanks!

I had the snorkle on my 2020 D110 and added to my 2022 D110 as well. I do not hear anything at all with it there in town or highway. I doubt it is easy to remove without messing up the body panel. I like the look of it, I re ordered my 22 with the snorkle and the ladder but skipped the "lunchbox" this time.

In addition to the snorkel ...I have the roof rack, box, and ladder. I think the majority of the wind noise is coming from the roof rack, but it's really only noticeable to me when I'm going over 65mph. And even then, its minimal enough to me that it doesn't bother me.

I have it on my 2023 110 and I do hear some noise. It is minor though. It is kind of similar to hearing some wind noise on a vehicle that isn’t as well sound insulated as ours. The only reason I hear it is because the rest of the car blocks the other road noise. But again, very minor.

Ya, I was about to say the same thing. I would be more interested in what sliders those are than the snorkel ha!
