Great thread with those and caliper trim here.

Tuffant offer the Simpson (ET+27) and Kimberley (ET+29) Both work with the swapped/trimmed calipers. Tuffant Pilbara Steelies require spacers to fit the P400 with brake swap

The OEM steelies also require spacers on the rear to fit the P400 with the swapped Disco5 Calipers.

Kimberley on P400. Black, grey, bronze and white are options.
the steel wheel clearance issue with the p400 with the rear caliper conversion is actually at the front caliper for the p400. The front calipers require clearancing. Spacers will clear, but it is not recomended with steel wheels. Steel wheels fit with no problems on the rear with the Lk8 kit.

Thanks for the correction. I guess I have been misinformed. I spoke with Lk8 some months way back who told me the opposite. Probably I got my wires crossed and/or confused the OEM steelies and spacers with the Tuffant Pilbaras. Also spoke with the good folks at Tuffant as I would have like to go the steel route but have no desire to use spacers.

My P400 110 with LK8 rear caliper conversion requires spacers (25mm, iirc) in front, and no spacers in rear. OEM 18” steelies.

Correct. Or you can grind a small amount of the front caliper off at the top edge.

Agreed. That’s my next move, when I get around to it. I already had the spacers so I used them for the off-road wheel set (steelies) but haven’t bothered to grind yet on the fronts because, sadly, I don’t put the wheels on very often. Not a lot of off-roading around Atlanta.

Agreed. Here in Richmond it is the same. We have to travel to the blue ridge. I keep up with a lot of club events and just plan to travel to them. The next ome is Winter Romp in February

Can anyone confirm fitment of the factory 18" wheels onto a P400 with airbags if I were to swap out the calipers using the Lucky8 swap? Like these 18"s? Thanks!

I’m able to mount them, but any movement will scrape the brake. And, yes, I removed the hockey puck before mounting the wheel.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
did you get these fitted mate?

No, but to be fair I haven't had the time to try to get them fitted properly. Hopefully by the Spring I'll have an answer.

I had the Compomotive on our previous Rover so we went with the TuffAnt this time. Both are great wheels
