I had the same issue on my 2021 110 s p300 after 2 years and 25000km.
Exact same radiator and leak placement! Must be a production or assembly defect.
I took it in after multiple coolant top ups. LR fixed it under warranty in 2 days.

If you are outside warranty, it is easy to replace the aux radiator yourself. See thread linked below. I got an aftermarket radiator for $85. OEM is known to leak, so why bother spending $300. I've done about 500 miles since the repair and no issues.

Default Coolent leak

[QUOTE=GCSceeks on my 2022 110 P300 S (currently at 37,000 miles). I wash my 110 a lot and never noticed any coolant on the ground or under the hood. I had it in for a oil change and asked them to do a pressure test, they said "no leaks or loss of pressure." They did add a coolant UV dye and didn't see it leaking (green fluid in the pictures below the dye is UV light reactive). I suspect they didn't check the aux radiator. However, the aux radiator is only used when the vehicle get hot and the aux coolant pump is activated,
[spoiler]I did a 3,700 mile trip from FL to NY and back to NY and the coolant smell was strong especially from the driver's side when I arrived home. I think because of the heat in FL (over 90 every da

most likely it is the auxiliary radiator. I had my driver’s side aux radiator on my 2021MY P300 replaced last week right before my factory warranty expired today, and my car never had a puddle of coolant under it, nor could I find the leak, but it always smelled like coolant. Turns out the leak in the aux radiator was so tiny, and it was caused by a rock presumably kicked up by a semi truck. My dealer said there were hundreds of tiny rocks in my aux radiator. Since the replacement, I no longer have any coolant smell. I’m at 39k miles.
