I can nearly fit in my garage (maybe 1” to spare) in standard height but lowered no problems at all. I think my garage is standard height of around 80 inches. I do know lowered I cannot fit into underground garages of 6’ 8” but can at 6’ 9” in lowest the position.

 

Based on my own measurements. This data from PowerfulUK is in error.

The top of the expedition rack increases the over height by 53mm not 67mm

~2" increase over stock.

It's a question I wondered about myself before getting the car and rack.

FWIW my garage door is high enough even with the rack on. It's a pretty standard garage door here in the states.
