Default Four way amber fogs - good stuff!

I replaced my factory fogs with an Amazon aftermarket pair of lamps with much wider - especially to the sides - pattern and very bright!

This pix is just before dark.

.
They replace the OG fogs with a bit of cutting, and one ACC connection. I will take better pix, but here's the look. If you have an S or base, this blacks out the two fog surrounds.

Here are two better shots, though still not dark.

I will grab a couple heading down the mountain shortly.

Here are two taken just at dark:

Thanks for posting pics of this! I have been looking at em' and hesitant to pull the trigger. Was this 100% plug and play or did you have to wire up anything separately (power from battery etc)?

Thanks for the link. How was the installation process? Is it pretty much plug and play?

I prefer yellow fog lights too, especially in blizzard conditions. I've got the yellow Laminex film on our Defender fog lights.

However, on our Defenders, if the headlights are on and you activate a turn signal, the single fog light on that side also lights up. Guess it is designed to light the direction you are headed. This feature looks more normal with a white light and a little odd with a single yellow light.

Are these yellow Amazon fog lights wired separately or do they light up individually when turning like the OEM fog lights?

Basically a very little trimming inside after removing the OEM fogs (or blanks) along with a single ACC connection.

You can code around that (acting as "cornering ligjts") and I have them coded to operate independent of the headlights so both fogs and brights can be on. It takes a few seconds with the GAP iiD tool.

After having them for a few days, they are so much brighter you can drive at night without the headlights. Wouldn't do it on the motorway, obviously.

The gang of three was sitting just below my house early this afternoon.
