Please, Check the top left part of this photo, if i could sign out its because i might be sign in already.. so what happend that disnt go tru? By the way im using a samsumg galaxy 25 ultra..

i run every simple step in the troubleshooting book. It was working until 2 days ago.. and them this happens even i call the dealer to reset my account.. 😔
