Default Genuine LR waterproof front seat covers

These are great seat covers. But I'm really not thrilled that they are always coming off themselves, I think from moving in and out of the car. Doesn't take more than a few entries/exits... and they come out of the sides where they are jammed between the plastic side cover and the upholstery to hold them in

Drivers seat... won't stay fastened on the outer edge

You can see on the pass seat here the tab that is supposed to hold it in came out

Pass seat after a passenger got out today

Sweet
.

The old LR covers (D2, LR3, etc) never came off... So if anyone thinking of buying these, IDK.... love them except for this one 'feature'

I think I would buy these if they somehow stay put. Do you have a part number?

Tomato Tomahto, but yes after I wrote that I had the same thought...

I do actually like the quality of the materials, fitment etc -- it just drives me insane that they are all over the place on the seat cushion. I'm thinking I might sew in some elastic underneath. For the days that the Labrador is on the front seat they do great. It's people who mess them up.

I use the Goodyear neoprene (scuba diving wet suit material) covers. They fit well enough and they are inexpensive.

It’s a fit issue. The fasteners and tabs don’t hold tight enough on the outer edge, so normal getting in and out will pull them loose. They’ll keep coming off unless you secure them better.
