Default Help - D90 Water Intrusion

Recently I noted some water around the headlight release. Then, following a heavy rain, I'm driving around and hear sloshing - get home and pull the two underseat panels - 1/2" of standing water in the electronics bay and 1" of standing water in the battery box. I dried it out completely and have run the A/C full-time to pull any residual moisture out - no elec/mech problems at all(other than the ****ty "upgraded" stereo). It's sitting at the dealer now for a week and they say they have plan and should have it back by next week - anyone here have that happen and know what the fix was? Note: I have the breathing tube(snorkel) from factory/port-install. TIA

The one time I had water in the battery tray it ended up being one of the AC drain hoses had come loose and let water run down into the tray. Might be something worth having them look at.
