High Pitched Whistle on P300?

Bumping this thread. 1700 miles on my 24 Defender X. Same whistle. Almost thought it was a dog whimpering. They think it’s an oil seperator also, however I gave them this info. Only happens on cold starts when vehicle sits overnight. Then goes away when warm
