InControl Issues?
Without more information I’m not sure what you’re experiencing, but when I tried my initial setup, I found out that it could not be not be done on my iPad due to software versions and needed to be done on a PC. My dealership had what they referred to as a ‘customer concierge’ in charge of those types of issues. On a phone call with her, she was able to complete my setup remotely using her desktop. I just had to provide her with a log in name, password and PIN. See if your dealership has something similar.
There is a server issue Landrover know about it and it’s affecting many users. Has been an issue since Friday (suspect they knocked off ear Friday afternoon!)
