LOL...Wow! I never heard of a dealer losing a car! Glad you got to use their loaner for over two months...I also can't believe they lost track of the loaner they gave you...Must have had some personnel issues at the dealership.

I had an issue where our car was damaged on a test ride. It took 5 months for repair. Enterprise allowed us to upgrade to nicer cars as they came available. Don’t know if that would be an option for you. Ended up driving a Mercedes.

This should really be about Bellevue LR.

LR North Austin has been absolutely amazing for us for the last 4 years.

OP, I’m sorry you’re experiencing this. The dealers really do help with the experience of owning these under warranty. Good Indy shops there after carry the load and I’m glad we have a good Indy shop in Austin.

LR Bellevue is one of the reasons I don't have a 110X right now. LOL

I’ve had good service experiences at niello in Sacramento and Marin LR.

As others have mentioned, there is a lot of variability amongst the independent dealers. With that said, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences in working with LR Denver. Very pleased with their service and support.

Add me to the list of those satisfied with their dealer. I've purchased 7 vehicles from Minneapolis Jaguar Land Rover and they have always been fantastic. Yes I've had a few small issues over the years but overall they have always been top notch. I'm sorry to hear about your poor experience.

My dealer (Piehler) was ok on balance, given the pandemic was the time when I was getting it fixed and sched maint done it was a tough time for them due to parts shortages, I'm not going to bad mouth them, I'd consider buying another JLR vehicle from them. However I will say they blew it bigtime when my partially manual seats had an issue with a clicking noise on nearly all weight transfers (yes that's every stop light, every stop sign, weight forward 'click' from the tracks) just junk assembly or poor quality take your pick and they made no effort to address that problem. So if I did keep it I was going to have to escalate that to corp because it was totally unacceptable. At that point I doubt they'd be thrilled with me but whatever, why should I pay $1100 per month for that pile. Also the low speed stalling issue they never did find a cause for, it had that problem right until the time I traded it in. Their suggestion was to not go to Kwik Fill, really? lol, which I rarely if ever go to anyway, it didn't matter where I fueled up it stalled on any premium gas I ever used in it. Granted it 'only' stalled once every 5 or 6 weeks on average but it always had that problem, p300 btw.

I bought both of my defenders from the Dallas area but service them in north Austin and I gotta say both dealers (JLR of Dallas and Sewell of North Austin) have been fantastic. I was a bit leery of customer service but I have no complaints. I’ve driven almost-new JLR loaners for up to 8 weeks in some cases but I’ve also been told to bring my vehicle immediately and have it serviced in 2 days.

Guess like the rest here we are lucky to have a group that cares.
