Looking great. Are the roof rail inserts you are grinding those you mentioned before as from the unistrut?

No, they are t-slot nuts.

Just have to grind down a couple mill and test-fit. They're chunky and the connection is excellent.

Landy718: I like the old school/NAS Defender 110 name plate you installed on the lower right portion of your rear door, and have ordered a similar one for my 2021 Defender 90 (hopefully to be delivered in early April). Did you attach the plate with rivets or glue it on?

I just used some double stick tape to affix. I actually dont really love how big it is and that it has rivet points, that I've clearly not riveted through . Searching for a replacement.
