Map Updates
OK, In the past (about a year after I bought the vehicle) I was able to successfully download the map updates. Fast forward three years and now when I put my VIN in to the Pivi Pro pro map updater website, it says my VIN is invalid and doesn't recognize it. Now, the only difference I can think of between three years ago and now is that my Connected Navigation subscription is expired. Does that mean I no longer have access to free map updates? Do I have to renew my Connected Navigation subscription in order to download free map updates?
Does anyone know how much the Connected Navigation subscription is?
For the life of me, I don't know why car manufactures will not allow their customers to simply download free map data for the life of the vehicle.

Yes, it is because your subscription expired.
Option 1: Renew Subscription
Option 2: Welcome Google Maps/Waze/whatever and let HERE maps rest in peace.
Option 3: Find 3rd party maps alternative (I believe there is an EU map alternative doing the rounds)

Just for giggles, how much does a new subscription cost for the Connected Navigation?
Pivi Pro has different update path than my other landrover product it seems.
And then there is some 2024 date with different rules. Maybe the FAQ's will shed light.
