Default Max tire size on stoke X

Picked up my Defender X today and now looking at upgrading the tires. Looking for a set of offroad tires as well as some winter tires but can't seem to find out the max tire size I can fit. I am not interested in a rod lift kit or spacers (my dealer will not respect the warranty if I add either) Any ideas? I do not ever intend on being in the lowest setting for the suspension so I am perfectly happy if I always have to be in normal height or higher. I am assuming the max tire size in such a case is somewhere around 10.5-11 width and ~33inch diameter?

For Winters I am going to go with the Nokian Hakkapelitta 9 SUV. I already have a set of 35" studded on my Rubicon and they are perfect in my Canadian winters. Trying to decide between 275/60R20 vs 275/55R20...Any thoughts on if either will fit? They are just slightly larger than the stock 265/60R20.

For off-road tires I would love to fit on a set of Nitto trail grapplers 295/55R20? Or MIckey Thompson 285/55R20? Or I assume most reasonable would be something like a Toyo open country 275/55R20?

Any thoughts or other suggestion would be appreciated!
