I'm told at my local Land Rover dealership that 2023 will be the last production year for the Defender 90 V8 Carpathian edition, 90 will still be around but it won't have the V8 in it.
This is due for lack of sales and shortage of chips they can use on the larger Defenders.
I want to buy one, but just curious if anyone else has heard same story?
I found this last night on LR’s site and took a screenshot. I can confirm, my 2023 D110X came with the 700w Meridian Surround after looking through the truck this afternoon. It says it on the door speaker as EasternShoreDefender pointed out, and I counted them out as well.

You should also have the Audio settings for the SUB and SURROUND
Mine was almost 3wks late from original delivery date. In my case they were allegedly installing the satin PPF and waiting on the parts for the Explorer Pack, according to my dealer. They finally released the truck from port to the dealer w/o the Explorer bits.
I’m assuming things are constantly changing at the port, but it could be dependent on how yours is optioned 🤷🏻♂️
My Defender has been loaded onto the vessel "Carmen" and is on route to Baltimore! Dealer is saying is will arrive at the dealership on 2/10. Is it likely to be sooner? Dealer is about a 5 hour drive from Baltimore.

Follow the ship via something like Vesselfinder.com for a more accurate insight into when it will arrive in Baltimore. Once in Baltimore it depends if anything needs to be added at the port. There are folks on the board in NC (?) that got their Defender 3 days after it arrived in the country. There are others in CT that had to wait a month.

Stumbled upon this beauty the other day at my local dealer Jake Kaplin JLR in RI. It is almost my exact build and was told a month prior they do MSRP on defenders when discussing ordering a 110 with them. I was standing there thinking how lucky this seemed. skipping the 9 month+ wait I was told to expect and my almost exact built I would order anyway...... until I saw the 5k "market adjustment" addendum sticker on the window. Did not even bother going inside after seeing this.

My dealer found an open build that I put a deposit on three weeks ago - I made some changes to the build (interior color change) and its being delivered to my dealer on 3/31. I'm selling my current 2021 110 P400SE and will put those funds towards this new MY23.5 110 P400X.

how are you selling it? I looked into Truecar once. but said my 23 was too new, only dealers could sell it on their site
