I’m happy to say I took delivery of my Defender today. It was probably one of the last 23.5s to be produced but it has the Interactive Drivers Display, 700w Surround Sound, Clear Sight rear view mirror, two keys etc. Basically, nothing was downgraded from the ordered build sheet. What model was it? Were you able to choose the Clear Sight option or was a surprise? Awesome about taking delivery, and getting the IDD! I also received word from the dealer today that my inbound late 23.5MY P300 also is coming with the IDD. Was a nice surprise.

Thank you! I went with the X model which I believe the clear sight is standard on that trim. Congratulations on your inbound Defender as well. The IDD is really nice. Very good resolution and layout options. I think you’ll be very happy. Let us know when it arrives!

generally how quick is the turn around after that to east coast dealers?
Depends. Mine (D90S) sat in the "exit compound" after release by customs for two weeks, after customs took 8 days. Usually that's 2 or 3 days plus about a week, but again depends on where the dealer is located.
Mine came in 36 hours to Asheville, once it was loaded on a carrier.
In this case, every truck was for the one dealership.

That’s awesome. My 110X is supposed to be delivered on 7/28. It landed on the west coast on 7/8 and should be on a truck headed to Colorado Springs. According to the build sheet and Topix printout everything I ordered or that comes standard with the X made it: full IDD, HUD, ClearSight rear view camera, large Pivi Pro screen, Premium ambient lighting, Meridian Surround, etc. I also added the extended wheel arches, side step rails, exterior protection pack (mud flaps), interior protection pack (rubber mats) that are installed at the port. It looks like the part shortage maybe over…hopefully. I’ll let you know if everything is actually on there. 23.5 MY BTW.

Hmmm, was your 110 on the Cepheus Leader? It went to Long Beach after SD. Mine is early also. It was expected on Aug 25.
I took delivery of my 23.5 P300 today. The timelines on the Vista sheet were pretty spot on. Ordered 12/26/2022 and it arrived at the dealership 7/20/2023, a week ahead of the scheduled delivery. It wasn't missing a thing. IDD, 2 USB's, Meridian. Very happy overall with the ordering experience.
Wow, it looks like Defenders are coming in as configured with no missing options. How was the checkout before you “paid” for it? Did you go on a test drive and check the off road modes, air suspension, sunroof? Did the dealer demo how to use the pivi pro, set up the IDD displays, etc. Did you purchase PPF, ceramic coat and tint from the dealer or go aftermarket? Just setting my expectations. Thanks in advance for any comments.
