You have to laugh in the Bronco forums when they talk about Defenders. Nasty foul-mouthed rants about how much better a Bronco is in every way.

this is just SO different than a bronco. The build quality and solidness of it blows the bronco away. The way it drives on the road is fantastic. I really love this truck, and i wasn't sure i would. Its beautiful, iconic and innovative. I couldn't be happier with it.

Ordered my Defender X 110 in August last year, took deliver this past week! I freakin' love this vehicle. Got the orange recovery eyes and onboard cooler. Such a sick ride. Very happy and worth the wait!

I just "ordered" mine today from Orlando (I'm in Jax, that's for another story). I was told I'm number 66 in line for "allocations" and I'm not sure if that's just for the Defender or all LR at this location...I'm afraid to ask. I looked at the Bronco and the Jeep as comparisons and hate them both compared to the Defender. No comparison. I've never even ordered a car before, let alone deal with this craziness. But, I didn't have to pay markup (so far) and I'm fine with waiting! Getting myself a little 110S with a sunroof and cooler and vegan "leather" and couldn't be happier for $60k. I joke that I'm the ghetto of LR buyers haha. I'M OK WITH THAT.

Actually #66 in line? Hard to believe there's that level of demand at any single dealership... if it's true that you are actually #66 I can't see that truck arriving this year... or even next.... not to discourage you but I'd suggest you inquire where you are in line for a Defender.

An order amendment risks your delivery dates. My "last amendment date" is April 4th 2022, I elected to change my wheels from 20" Satin Dark Grey 5094 to the 5098 also add the zero cost option "illuminated tread plates". Well, those small changes pushed build and delivery dates out 6-7 weeks. I ended up backing out of the changes. Others seeing the same thing?

66 sounds right. Florida is booming. Everyone wants to live here and we're still trying to catch up to the last 10 years of growth.

We only have 2 LR dealerships in Orlando and one of them just opened 4 months ago. They are the closest locations for about 2.5m people. Next option would be an hour away.

I had to go 3 hours South to Ft Myers to get an allocation at less than8 months and that was over a year ago. I later asked about ordering a new RR for the wife.

She said no thanks and ordered a Taycan.
