Does any have 1” proud rhino lift rods on 275/55r20?
I do. It did lift my D90 P400 with stock 255 60 R20 an inch. But I am having trouble finding tires that are E rated that will fit. The stock wheels are +41 off sets. (I also have air suspension ). A +41 offset leaves me with about 5mm's of space between the stock tire and the "suspension part" that sits in the way of the front tires. So, it looks like after market wheels that are at least +25, +32 or ? offset and my fav Toyo brand R/T or A/T tires. I don't see how else these people are running these configurations of tires. But some do look like stock wheels....I am confused. Lifting my Defender any higher doesn't and hasn't left me anymore room for larger tires of any size.....bout ready to sell it now

275/55 R20 is an OEM size for snow tires. Fitment of any 275/55 R20 is not an issue. Lots of folks are running 275mm 32" tires. Including myself. No lift. Stock wheels.

BFGs in 275/55 R20 are E rated. the 255/60 R20 are D rated Lots of options for E rated tires in the 275/55 size. Take your pick. A lift is mostly cosmetic if going for this size

Shown below is a dealer installed Johnson Rod 1.5 inch lift kit with 275-60-20 BFG KO2 (33 inch) tires.

Many Land Rover dealers use our lift in their showrooms as an upgrade package. Our lift is preferred because of the quality of construction and materials that can stand up to extreme hot and cold conditions without breaking down. We use 3/16 high quality stainless steel which provides strength and durability. Our rubber attachment points are extra thick just like the original Land Rover part which insures a tight non slip connection and which makes them less susceptible to cracking and breaking down under harsh conditions. In fact, the rubber has a high resilience and tensile strength, abrasion resistance and operates effectively in temperatures between -60 degrees F to 180 degrees F.

What is the size tire used here? Sometimes I'm blonde, but they must be 18" wheels and tires to get 33's under there? So little posting for those of us stuck with 20"s, you lucky people with those 18"s, if I had only known...

Is the coil set up without a suspension part in the way the reason you can run larger tires? I also put a 1" lift on my Defender and it does not change the suspension part that is in my way. All I can figure out is to go for aftermarket wheels with far less off sets. So confusing..
Has to be the aftermarket wheels. I'm cool with that.

What I just did was, I bought a set of Delium Terra Raiders (never tried these tires before now. They had multiple average to above reviews...so) at
LT265 60 R20 M/T's. I do have air and a 1" rod lift. . (and no interest in using my access height ever. )
If these tires do not fit well, then next month it's new wheels at +25 offset should work. What a difficult basic mod.... such limited aftermarket options for back country use.
LR has been rather user "unfriendly", and I didn't do enough homework it seems.
Thanks for your input,

The stock wheels with our 1.5 inch lift have been fitting the 275-60-20. If you have the classic mud flaps in the rear, those may rub.

Check our our Seamak wheels for the Defender. They come in Gloss Black, Bronze and Grey with a 15 offset for a wide stance.
The simulated beadlock looks great with our 1.5 inch Johnson Rod lift kit. We also have other spoke options on the website.
Check the options here: Defender Lift Kit and Defender Wheels

Does anyone have experience adding the 1.5" lift with 275-60-20 and the classic mud flaps, front and rear? I'd like to do this to my 2020 110 but I like the function of my mud flaps and if they rub due to tire size I won't make this upgrade.

Thanks for your replie!

A few posts up there is that exact setup.

Fwiw, I am running 275/55-20 with classic mudflaps and an et20 and don't have any issues with the tires hitting the mudflaps. Part of the equation you have to account for will also be the wheel offset. I would imagine with a 1.5in lift you won't have any issues.
