Are new Defender orders all for model year 2023 now?

I ordered last July and my Defender 90 came in 2 weeks ago..its a 2023.

I ordered a new Base defender 110 in March for a August delivery and it is a 2023, per the order.

Default New model is 23.5 for me

The factory had changed it from model 23 to 23.5
I noticed there is no activity key specified in model 23.5 any more.

any one knows this or has received a new defender with activities key , was a standard item.
