Default Took a bit

Exactly a week after updating from 3.3.2 to 3.3.3, Pivi Pro updated to 4.0.0. Loving it so far; it took a minute for the app to reflect properly to Apple Maps from the stock Map app.

I got the update today and it seems like my reverse camera is clearer and not distorted around the edges. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Updated here too! Took the first drive today and it was SO AWESOME having the apple maps in the dashboard. I am sure apple will start trickling down more and more updates to CarPlay that will translate in a whole new era for cars equipped with IDD. If before this update I did not miss HUD much, now it is even more irrelevant to me.

I connected the car to my home wifi and I got 3.3.3 the next day. Today I got 4.0.0. @Trekkie is yours on wifi or only mobile?

well they sort of do, go to your dealer.

I'm in the same boat as you. '22 D5. So they aren't going by VIN order. :/

It really seems to make no difference, mobile or wifi. My Defender did the update while in the garage, connected to wifi. My wife's Evoque did the 4.0 update in the parking lot in front of REI on mobile. So perhaps JLR has some kind of list, like Santa, checks to see if you're naughty or nice. My wife got her's first, cause she is nice. I got mine later, because, I'm not necessarily so nice.

I also got lucky today - hopped in to run an errand in the morning and the update was waiting for me - 8 days after getting 3.3.3. Now that it's done, I'm trying to decide what else to be annoyed / excited about.

Wifi, just went out and verified in the garage and yeah it's on the network and my router sees it. No update today.

Same condition with my 110x dynamic. My rig is always connected to home wifi network, and always locked when in the garage (old habit). Is there any confirmation that the dealer can force an update if it doesn't poll and update itself before the service appointment? I have my fingers crossed as I'm heading in for first service next week.
