How do you know it’s from under the car when you are driving and accelerating? Does it beep when parked and you rev the engine? Does it peep every time you accelerate?

First time I heard it, I was not so sure. I only knew the sound was from the back of the car. Not every time, but quite often.
Until one time, when I stopped the engine and get out of the car, I heard it.
It was 100% from the bottom. You know when you stop the engine, there are always the sound like (Ta, da da da) (Ta,Da da da),(Ta da da da). The Beep sound is with this.
That is why I know it was from the bottom of the car, and thought was like a valve make the noise when it's opening and closing.
You can check my video. I press the accelerating pedal , when my car was parked. I was pretty loud noise.
