I’d be in for replacement hinges to have a spare set for me when I inevitably break mine in the coming years. Stainless. Titanium. Something uber strong !

@H1Tad How about this - If you cannot find a set in a few weeks, I’m happy to take my ladder apart and you can have my hinges (on loan -I’d need em back) as the reference sample for this. ? But it would mean I have to remove my ladder and rotopax mount, a bit involved so hopefully someone has them sitting around on a disassembled ladder first.

The hinges just pop out. two long torx bolts. No removal of the ladder is needed. Takes a minute or so.
I can send you my intact hinge @H1Tad I too would need it back as it stops mud from getting into the ladder. Also if I ever do source a hinge I'd like to only have to replace 1 not 2. Brass, might be the simplest and cheapest option.
The hinges are not L or R sided. Universal.

If they are easy to pop out then I can try to pull them out of my ladder. I'm away from the defender for the week so it'll be next week at the earliest before I could take a look.

I've submitted an email to Powerful UK to see if they are indeed working on a solution and if so, when will it be available for purchase. I'll post an update when I hear from them.

HITad, I have an intact hinge that I can send you if needed without you having to take yours apart. I've been dabbling in CAD myself, but I'm still learning.

There's a stamp on the side of the hinge that identifies the material used if anyone is interested. Zinc alloy, ZP0430. I think mine was a poor casting, that's what caused the break when I look at it.

I don't think there is sufficient demand for this niche part to make it worth their while. I've not gotten any update from them.

Good news everyone, I just heard back from PowerfulUK, they are estimating 6 weeks, here's the response:

Helo Wade,

Thanks for getting in touch.

We are currently looking into this, we hope to have a solution in stock for this in 6 weeks or so.
I would advise checking on our youtube channel once every couple of weeks, as this is where we will first advertise the product.

Kind regards,
Alicia

Here's my temporary set up, I found it best to remove both sides of the hinges. Also- Make your first step on or against the tire then the ladder, you'll get a better foothold.

That's good going mate. You must have asked much nicer than I did. A new hinge would be most excellent.
