Just a heads up for all of you here. I had the shuddering as well and it’s the latest 3.3.1 update it is gone
the updated states sth about making cold start better and I proving shift points. For me it solved my issue

 

I agree, i had lots of drivetrain noise. Which seemed like slack in in the driveline. With 3.3.1, its been reduced. Not completely gone however. 80-90 percent gone

 

My P400 from absolutely nowhere started misfring/ shuddering, no engine light or warning. I took it into teh dealer and they said it is leaking pressure from Cylinder number 1 into the crankcase abd they recommend the engine is replaced at my cost as I imported it into the country where I live and did not buy it from the local agent. I have been fighting them on this for 6 months now. I am waiting to upload the lastest 3.3.1 software to see if that changes anything, but I doubt it will.

YES! the software update fixed it... so obviously LR knew all about this issue, even though the dealer claims ignorance

 

Can anyone tell me which is the latest software on the Defender? I'd like to try and download it to see if the shudder/ misfire I am having on my P400 will clear?
