I’m having this software issue that doesnt happen all the time but just often enough to be annoying. My phone wont connect and it tells me my phone might not support contact download. Has anyone had this and solved it? heres a picture.

 

To ask the obvious question(s), you do have Sync Contacts enabled in the Bluetooth connection and if so have "all contacts" selected? Also, you're not running CarPlay in the pic, do you use CarPlay and can you access contacts via Siri etc? If not enabled, there's your issue. If enabled, try a) resetting PiviPro (push and hold power/volume **** for about 20 seconds or so, if I remember right) and b) delete and re-pair your phone, granting all the access you want to grant.

Edit - also do a cold reboot on your iPhone. Press volume up, then volume down, then press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears.
