Exactly. That’s what stumped me.

All and all a very rewarding mod even doing it in the rain. Haha.

What's the trick with the classic flaps? I have them too (dealer installed) and am worried on how to deal with them if I try the install. Tks

You have to completely remove them. I did the install myself (drilling etc.) so I was at least familiar with the steps of removing and reinstalling. It’s additional labor really. The final install step is easy but it’s a very tight space. But very basic from a DYI perspective. Just grab the stall instructions from online so you know where the screws are etc.

Belt and suspenders guy here.
About to add the rear recovery eyes to my NAS Defender. I have watched the Powerful UK video multiple times. Can anyone identify the exact location of the two screws not included in the video for the NAS version? It would be of great help to me. Thanks in advance.

My truck does include the factory tow bar.

I got a pair of the "l'orange" ones for my new D90S. Time to call Ralf & Co in Richmond.

From what i remember they're kind of hidden up there near the centerline of the bumper. I missed one of them due to it being relatively out of the way compared to the others

The little bracket things

If you don't have the flaps, it is a relatively straight-forward affair. Knocked it out in under an hr with basic hand tools. Probably would have been faster if we weren't goofing around stopping for refills on our adult beverages.
Can't imagine it is much more involved with the mudflaps.

Pretty much the extent of the tools used.

Right. I don't make much of it nearly 30 years after my airplane landing "incident" (yes, that's what I have to call it) on Delta in 1985, left me disabled. I tossed my cane in the trunk around 1992 and it's still back there. Back, right wrist crushed into 9 pieces, both knees are putty...

I will gladly pay to have them installed, along with the aux rear backup lights kit.

Life is for the fun of it! Carry on...
