So I recently fell into an opportunity to have someone prototype the defender for a custom rack.

I’m super stoked about the whole thing because this means there’s one more option of a roof rack for you all out there.

I’ll share it when it’s complete - could be a few weeks - but it’s going to fix all the things we’ve had complaints about so far...

- height off the vehicle in line with shark fin
- super sturdy cross bars (like - can stand and no flex)
- not a basket so you can load a tent onto it
- and not $2300 like that cool basket one (if you like that one great - but I can’t mount a tent to it)

Once it’s done I’ll happily post the details and pics!!

PS - this also means I have a brand new assembled but not installed frontrunner I’m trying to offload!
