2023 110 V8

Sometimes after I park I hear the sound in this video. It feels like a coolant pump of some kind.

my concern is that I didn’t used to hear this sound, it began after I installed a light bar behind the grille.

have I adversely affected the engine’s cooling? Or is this a normal sound that everyone gets? Can anyone identify what part this is? It’s located on the passenger side of the engine bay, next to the firewall.

This is the hose in question. There’s a pump attached right beneath it.
