Sunroof Issue
I hope Land Rover monitors this website so it helps them address issues.
Not sure if others are having this issue, but this happened to me twice over the weekend but I think I figured out the cure for this sunroof issue. On your key fob, if you press and hold the unlock button, it will open all your windows AND open your sunroof. The weather was beautiful this weekend, so I did this key fob trick on Saturday and later Sunday. Both times, when I went to close the sunroof after driving, it would close....but once it closed it would reopen. Tried to close it again, and it would close for 1 second but then reopen. To get it to close, I had to turn the vehicle off with the stop/start button just as it was almost at a full close......then hit the start button again and then close it all the way.
But I think this issue only happens if opening the sunroof with the key fob. I've opened it several other times (including this weekend) without the key fob and it closes fine. Has anyone else had this issue?

This is a calibration issue with the sunroof, and has nothing to do with using the keyfob to open the windows. My local Land Rover dealer knew exactly what the issue was, and they were able to reprogram the sunroof - it has worked perfectly since they fixed it.
So perhaps a similar issue with the sunroof, wondering if you've experienced the same...if I leave the vehicle, lock it and leave the sunroof open, when I come back to the vehicle, start it and try to close the sunroof, it makes it 90% of the way to fully closed and then reverses back a few inches and stops. It will close if I put my hand on it and push a little past that spot. Got the Defender this weekend, not the best way to start my first Land Rover ownership experience
Similar story here. Originally the sunroof wouldn't open at all, it would only vent. Back to the dealer and they fixed it. Then seemed to be sporadic in whether it and the blind would close or not. Now it'll only open half-way. Dealer is adamant that's as far as they open on the 2020 Defender, we're pretty sure after their first repair it was going all the way back into the roof. And the only photo or video I've been able to find online is cropped in an unhelpful way but suggests it should go all the way back.
Any chance one of you could post a photo of how open yours is when it's fully open?
