to upgrade...heck, the Jeeps cost more than that!
If it throws a code they should be able to reset it or code it to stock specification with a software update.

Great info on DRL- I too was frustrated because the DRL and HUD were things I wanted but were not available on my P300 when I ordered in April 2020. I saw powerfuluk and hoped that the DRL could be retrofitted. I will wait until I catch a rock first. I did spec with fog lights and they are the best I have had on a vehicle. With fog lights on combined with my standard LED lows beam road visibility is excellent. I almost prefer it to high beam. When high beam is selected the fog lights are turned off. No they are not super bright I don’t think when on high but as I said they are great when low is combined with the fog lights.

Since all of our 110s have air suspension they keep headlights pointed down slightly. I have not had anyone flash me at night on dark backroads like they used to all the time with my RAM xenon lights.

agreed but when the parts department doesn’t know what I’m talking about it makes it seem like this is only done from factory and if you were to buy the lights after build it would be a lot more. Either way it’s 2021 manual seats and standard lights belong in the last decade.

Hah! I was excited to get manual seats. Faster to get to a new spot, and one less thing that could break and be expensive. I'll miss the memory on my Evoque, but mainly for the wing mirrors.

I envy you. I am permanently injured from a horrible motorcycle accident and I don’t want to constantly bend forward and backwards to adjust and even worse if I’m on a date with a pretty lady I don’t want her to pump her seat like it’s a coffee creamer bottle just to be comfortable in a luxury vehicle.

Hi, I am also looking to get this small upgrade done. Did you manage to get it installed and working on after?

I had ordered my Defender with Automatic Headlight Leveling which, per order, automatically includes DLR and front fog lamps. My car was delivered, just the other day, without either one them. Not sure what's gone wrong but when I inquired as to whether or not these bits could be retro fitted, I was told by the Parts Man that the DLR headlamps are available. Excitedly, I asked the cost and the reply was $3008 per each. I like them, but honestly, who would pay that? It was a $600 option at build!
