There is no sound - please help L663 200D

With my defender L663 200D, there is no sound in the infotaim (not turn on the radio, connect your phone, you are not the sound of navigation or parking sensors), otherwise everything is fine. Don't know anyone if and which fuse can be defective or how to solve the problem?

Hard reboot. press down on the power button for 15 seconds (until it reboots)

press the diamond on the left hand of the steering wheel. it could be the mute button

Thanks for the advice, but the Land Rover service found that it is a mistake of the hardware actually, probably an audio amplifier, or any other defective block. Unfortunately, replacement will be required :-(
