I read there were several things 2022 Defenders were missing as options (even if ordered) due to chip shortages. Does that issue persist into 2023 for 130's? I'm trying to narrow the decision down between 2023 and 2024 MY 130's.

Every 23MY and 24MY builds that I've seen are no longer missing any features. That doesn't mean that there are exceptions though.

Our 2023 is certainly missing features even though we ordered it exactly the same as our 2021. Our 2023 came without:
- 700 watt Meridian sound system
- Clear sight rear view mirror
- USB ports in the back seat
- Electronically adjustable steering column (2023 is manual)
- The system that spots an approaching bike/person from the rear and warns you not to open a door into them
- Soft close rear door
