Attached. The manufacturer communication says refer to SSM 75898 which is also below. 100% a valid warranty repair, I'd have a word with the dealers who are denying this.

Thanks for the documents. Can you or anyone please point me to the location / ID of the fuse in question? I'm not seeing reference to a fuse in my manuals except for that 40A 'link' in the rear junction box I cited above.
A quick update: after leaving my car with the dealer for 10 days (they gave me a loaner), I got it back yesterday. The image is the write-up of what they did. Initially they said I would have to pay for the fluid change, but I politely declined (noting that LR's specs don't call for any fluid exchange needs on the transfer/diff until 63K/6 years, and I'm at about half that, not to mention the SB). Unknown where the push-back was coming from (dealer or corporate), but they relented and did the work under warranty, which I appreciated and believe was only fair.
Having only driven it ~20 miles, the jury is out whether this fixed the problem but I'll update soon. I swear I heard a thump driving back yesterday, but living in a city with potholes everywhere can challenge even the best of ears.
So, an update -- my car almost immediately started making the same sound a couple of days later after the above work was done. I brought it back to the dealer, they went on a ride with me and registered hearing the sound etc. (ensuring I don't run into the "cannot replicate" issue).
They did another fluid flush, reset the specs (including the clutch) and it's still happening. So, they've said I need to bring it back and leave it so that they can open up a Technical Assistance request with LR engineering etc. While frustrating to be without my car again, I can understand that they need to go through a process with corporate to get all the approvals necessary for the next steps. Fortunately my car is still under factory warranty for the next six months. They haven't speculated as to the fix but I'm assuming it'll result in a new diff? They checked the rest of the suspension etc and said it's all good. More to come but knowing this has been an issue with other folks wanted to pass it along.
I’ve had the exact same thing as mentioned above w my 2022 110. I have a great local independent shop made up of a previous LR service manager and LR master tech. I mentioned this initially to them at my last regular service. Along w my regular service, they (at no charge) removed the bottom belly pan and lubricated all the contact points and bolts, as they said they have seen a little friction cause this noise. Of course when I picked up the car, the noise was gone. I had already set up an appointment w LR dealer the next day as well bc I’m still under warranty. I kept the LR dealer appointment and gave them the bulletin listed here. They did the differential flush (at no charge)…still no noise and it’s been a few weeks.
So I’m not sure if mine was the belly pan or diff fluid, but thought it may be helpful to everyone if the flush doesn’t help.
Update on my rear differential issue. It's been at the dealer for another week, they're put in for approval to replace the rear differential from LRNA. My car has ~36K and ~6 months remaining on the factory warranty.
Related question -- what's involved in replacing the rear diff (other than the part itself and new fluid)? Are there are fluids that need to be drained/replaced, seals etc? Just curious what to look for, and for fluid tracking purposes.

I'll continue to provide updates as they come in.
I just got my Defender back from the dealer and I also have a rear clunking diff. They couldn't find anything wrong with it, and I am at 35k miles with 6 months of warranty left as well. My friend who owns a shop specializing in LR has flushed the diff fluid, added an additive and it has worked to stop the clunking. I am probably going to go that route, but an extended warranty is 100% going to be in the near future.
So another update -- replacing the rear diff was approved, but the part is on global backorder. Because it's a warranty issue, apparently my car will move to the top of the list but ETA is unknown at this point. I appreciate that my dealer has put the time and effort into this (including two previous flushes) -- and certainly I wouldn't want to have to bear the cost personally -- so glad it was flagged under warranty. I'm bummed not to have my car, but they've given me a loaner and the situation could be a lot worse.
Would be curious if anyone else has had the diff replaced and what goes into it?
Last night I went to my buddy's shop to have him flush my rear diff since the dealer wouldn't do it. I supplied him with the OEM rear diff oil and he mixed a Ford Motorcraft differential friction additive and it has stopped the clunking completely. Fingers crossed this is a permanent fix!
