Ya think? I think I’d rather be out in snow in my Cayman GT4 on Hakkas than the Defender on those stock GYs.

Seriously? A Cayman and Macan are 2 completed diff vehicles. My point was not that the Macan handles better, it was that the GY AT tires were not as good it he snow as I was expecting. It's a comment on the GY AT tires, not any vehicle.

How is it not obvious that that is exactly my point? Snow tires make ALL the difference. And yes, provided there wasn’t a clearance issue I’d rather be in any car on Hakka snows than any AWD SUV on regular tires, especially crappy ones like the GYs.

I think we are in agreement that the GYs are crappy

Can you say how much better they are in slush, snow, and with regards to hydroplaning compared to the stock goodyears? I find the vehicle hydroplanes with very little water and lower speeds compared to almost anything I have ever driven!
