Has anyone seen a mount plate like this? Lucky 8 told me the jack and the shovel were mounted to the plate behind the one in my hand. So I’m wondering what the previous owner would have done with this plate, or how he mounted it. Any Trek edition owners out there?

our MY 22 doesn’t. Hi-Lift jack and shovel are mounted to roof rack
2023 did. But after researching more, they did not have the plate that I’m holding. Just the one on the tire. Can’t figure out what previous wonder did with that plate I’m holding.
