Hey Gavin,
I'm in Bothell and picked up a 2020 SE 7-seater end of January. Do your second row seats latch in the "flat" position? Mine don't they seem to not be able to compress the bottom cushion enough to latch. My RR Sport had no issues with this. Wondering if my latches are defective if it should latch like it looks yours do.
Cheers,
Mike

I have a 7 Seat 110 SE (2023.5) and when the seats are down it's flat.

Hey @rcmike57

Yes. They latch in the almost flat position. You just got to give them a good shove down. Really give it the meat and potatoes and they should engage.

Thanks for the reply -- so they latch (lock in place) down and you lift the lower handle to release, correct? Guess my latches have failed under previous owner.

Default Tow Bar and rear mudguards in one swoop

Thanks to Simon of PowerfulUK for the tips on the rear bumper removal - and no clips down the drain!

Lift the side latch under the seat base and then give them a really firm shove down to fully engage the locking mechanism. If you don't give it a good shove it won't engage or won't fully engage and will pop out.

I'm around here all day. If needed and if you wanted to see mine as an example to compare you'd be most welcome.

they do fold flat and latch as @GavinC says… and he is correct… they require some force. i have to kneel on them to get them to do so.

Not sure on this config but on my 7 seater X the bottom cushion flips up first then you put the seat down. They lie perfectly flat and no latch

Thanks all - it was a combination of lifting the handle a again after released from upright and a real "meat and potatoes" shove!
