No, I think the sills that come with the Lucky8 sliders are stainless steel. You (I) have to riv-nut them on the inside of the doors after installing the sliders. Brilliant point though! I need to check and if so, I'll get some aluminum ones (& bolts) to help avoid that. May be a while before I install them if so.

Default Installed the Front Expedition Protection "system"

I've been wanting to add this for a little "dimension" to the front of my D110. I finally found one for a fair price from LR Direct in the UK. Followed Land Rover's instructions (a little vague) along with Powerful UK's videos on front bumper removal. I consider myself pretty handy and have all the tools, but this was still tricky and took all of 6 hours. Cutting into the body panels is a bit scary, but it turned out just how I wanted. I know it's not a "real" bumper like many of the aftermarkets, but I don't go hard core off-roading and didn't want to add the weight. Trimming the corners to add the raised corner wheel protectors was almost harder than the whole A-frame. I had already installed an aftermarket lower skid plate, but still had to take it off to access lower bumper screws. Whew!

I added a pair of Rhino USA recovery traction boards to the rear floor of my Defender 90, they come in their own little carrying bag and fit perfectly.
No need to mount them outside for more wind noise..

Installed roof top LED bar - I think it mates well with the Voyager rack.
