I installed the front underguard thing. It took a little under 4 hours. The hardest part was removing the grill because I didn't want to break anything. It was a fairly straightforward installation after figuring out how the clips worked.

Took off all of this
to install this
on the front of this
I should really remove the bugs
The little lotus felt neglected.
Now what do I do with this?
It really is amazing the amount of active aero grille shutters there are behind the bumper. One of my buddies who was a development engineer on the Defender helped design this system.
This past weekend I installed the expedition-one front bumper with a winch. Not to bad of an install. Had a few minor hiccups. I don't have the electrical for the winch hooked up yet. Also installed Saltek's cooler relocation bracket.
I used a combination of plastic body pry tools, then shoved my hand in the gap on the backside, and squeezed the clips. Once I got the top one unclipped, it was much easier to shove my hand in. I worked the right side first. If I were to do it again, I'd start on the left because there is a little more room.

Nice! I'm thinking about getting one too. Am wondering how the sides look, around the front control arms. Are you able to take some photos of that area and comment? I also have the factory winch and A frame, do you know how much would be reused vs getting a lot of new parts. Thanks!

There is plenty of room around the control arms, can't really see it in the picture below.
The plastic wheel liner can be fitted back in, though I did have to trim about an inch off the bottom of plastic liner. The picture below is before I added the liner back in. Not really sure how the factory winch is mounted. I thought I saw that they do have to modify some of the plastic trim so not sure how much of that would show if you removed the front A frame.
On top of installing expedition one bumper last weekend, I added a few more things.
1. Added the powerfulUK utility side rails and front runner ladder. The main reason for the side rails was so I could add the Front Runner ladder in a spot I wanted and not where the factory mount points are. This was done because on one side I have the roof rack under table mount and on the other side I have a power point installed right where the ladder would go. The bottom of the ladder is mounted directly to the L-track with a double lug threaded stud. So basically the ladder attaches to the side rail and the side rail is attached to the vehicle. I think it worked out pretty well. Open the door, step on the tire, and the step up to the first rung. All my work was supervised by Darrow
2. Added the powerfulUK back right window molle panel.
3. Refitted the plastic wheel well liner to the expedition one bumper. Had to trim about an inch off the bottom. Fits in pretty good
4. Fitted the front defroster vent screen so that items can't fall down into it. Already have one thing down there rolling around. Don't need anymore of that.
