@sblvro I would recommend better tires. The street michelins might not survive the sand and may slip on some of the downhill.

If you air down a good amount you may get away with it, but I went from stock to the Ridge Grapplers specifically for my trip.

Thanks! Will the ridge grapplers fit the stock 20" wheels?

275/55/20 fit. I'm running 30mm spacers so there is a teeny bit of rub at full lock in reverse if I'm in access height. Normal height has zero clearance problems.

Check out the no-lift tire guide thread if you want to see more combos, but I think 275/55 is the most popular size for us with 20" stock wheels.

@Everyday_110 - Thanks for that tip! I'm now all over it. I'm seriously debating the Lift/No-Lift. I'm on 20's and haven't felt this rush since I opened the latest Sears Christmas Catalog as a kid. That's an old guy reference to you youngsters/hipsters... I'll look for a lift thread as well and if I don't find what I want/need, I'll start one.
